Cancellation Policy

Overview

⁠Orders may be cancelled only if the cancellation request is made before the order is confirmed or dispatched. To request a cancellation, please contact us at info@chaleur.in or +91 99863 68529 within [12/24] hours of placing the order.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Cancellations are not permitted for opened fragrance bottles due to hygiene and sealing considerations.

⁠Upon approval of an eligible cancellation request, a full refund—after deducting any applicable payment gateway or processing fees—will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. In cases where return shipping is applicable, the customer shall bear all return shipping costs.
